The app stores the objects, tasks, categories, amounts, payments, materials, notes, reminders and settings you enter on your phone.
Data is used for tracking your projects, local reminders, widgets and PDF statements. This version works without an app server. Your entries, usage statistics and crash reports are not automatically sent to the developer. There are no advertising or analytics services.
Internal entries are stored in the Android app's data area. Protect your phone with a screen lock. The app does not itself sync data to the cloud. The security of saved or shared files also depends on the location and recipient you choose.
You transfer PDFs or other files only through your own action using Android sharing or file selection. Check the contents and recipient before sending. Your chosen email, file, WhatsApp, Viber and other services are subject to their own privacy policies.
Notification permission is used for reminders. Exact reminder permission allows reminders at your chosen time. Reminders are rescheduled after the phone restarts. You can revoke permissions in Android settings; turning them off may prevent or delay reminders.
Local data stays on your phone until you delete it. Delete an individual category or entry through its menu. To remove all internal data, clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Exported PDFs, backups and files held by recipients are not automatically deleted.
No registration is required. A separate tradesperson app may copy old tradesperson data on this phone. The originals remain here; later changes are not synchronised.
If you email support, the address you provide and the contents of your message are used to respond to your enquiry and kept for as long as needed to handle it or meet mandatory legal requirements. To review or delete data you provided for support, write to the support email address shown. The developer does not have access to entries on your phone.
The app is intended for project tracking, rather than as a service for children. This policy will be updated if data processing changes. The latest terms for this installed version are available in settings.
