Who is responsible?
The SpendOutline developer and controller of data received through support enquiries is Irmantas Smilgys. For privacy questions, email app.irmantas@gmail.com.
The website and app are separate
This website presents SpendOutline. It does not read your app entries, ask you to upload expenses or documents, or provide access to records on your phone. Screens use sample data.
The app's local storage, file sharing, reminder permissions and data deletion are described in the app privacy policy. You can also find the latest information for your installed version in its settings.
When visiting the website
The website code does not include visitor analytics, advertising tracking or social media tracking plugins. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website. There is no registration or payment form on the website.
The website is served through ChatGPT Sites hosting. To establish a connection and deliver pages, the hosting infrastructure processes technical request data, such as the IP address, requested page and information sent by the browser. Infrastructure security and technical logs are governed by the hosting provider's terms. We do not state an unverified retention period for them on this page.
Contact form and language
When you press the send button, your name, if provided, email address, selected subject, message and website language are sent to Web3Forms so your enquiry reaches the SpendOutline developer. We do not store message content in your browser's local storage.
Web3Forms may also store submitted enquiries. Under the provider's privacy policy, they are retained for up to 3 years unless a shorter period applies or they are deleted sooner. The provider operates in India, and its infrastructure may process data in other regions; transfer safeguards are described in its data processing agreement.
hCaptcha loads only when you click the button to enable protection in the contact form. It checks whether a request comes from a person and may process your IP address, browser information and interactions with the check, and use technical cookies. You must pass the check to send an enquiry. hCaptcha does not load if you do not use the contact form.

We remember your manually selected website language in your browser. For the initial language selection, we use your browser's language list, not your geographical location.
If you email us
We use your email address, message and any files you attach to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support and handling enquiries; when you contact us about a contract, performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into one may apply as the legal basis.
Emails are processed using an email service. Please provide only the information needed for your enquiry. It is kept for as long as necessary to resolve the matter or meet mandatory legal requirements.
Cookies
We do not use non-essential analytics or marketing cookies in the website code. For more information, see the cookies page. You can view this information at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you may request access to your personal data being processed, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing or exercise your right to data portability. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it.
To exercise these rights, email app.irmantas@gmail.com. The developer cannot remotely access or delete entries stored on your phone. You may also lodge a complaint with your country's supervisory authority; in Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Updates
If the website's data processing changes, we will update this page and its date. Before enabling non-essential tracking, we would provide information and ask for the required consent.
